2. What Korpiss is

Korpiss is a free image background-removal tool that runs entirely in your browser — no upload, no account, no sign-up. See how this works in practice in our privacy section and in the Privacy Policy.

It is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability, perfect results on every image, or compatibility with every browser/device.

3. Permitted use

You may use Korpiss for personal or commercial purposes, with no limit on the number of images. By using the site, you agree to:

• Only process images you have the right to use (your own photos, or images you're licensed/permitted to use)
• Not use the site to process illegal content, or content that infringes copyright, image rights, or other third-party rights
• Not attempt to circumvent, overload, or abusively automate the service (scraping, mass bots, etc.)

4. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The cutout is produced by an AI (image segmentation) model and can make mistakes, especially on complex or low-quality photos — we don't guarantee perfect accuracy. You're responsible for reviewing the result before using it for any purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korpiss and its maintainer are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use (or inability to use) the site, including loss of time, data, or business opportunity.

5. Advertising and how the site is funded

Korpiss is free and funded by ads (Google AdSense) shown on the site. Details about advertising cookies are in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The "Korpiss" brand, the site's design, and its code belong to its maintainer. Images you process remain yours — Korpiss claims no rights over them (and technically never even receives them, since processing happens locally).

7. Changes

We may update these terms or the service itself at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
